* 60 day money back guarantee ~ Leather Renew guarantees all of it's products against manufacturing defects for 60 days from the date of purchase. Should any Leather Renew product show signs of suspected defect, the customer should contact Leather Renew by e-mail, customerservice@leatherrenew.com, and explain the problem. Leather Renew staff members will do their best to rectify the problem by replacing the product, if it is defective, or, by approving a refund to the customer. Refunds cannot be made in situations involving customer mistakes in the use of the products, or in cases of customer error in color choice. Should a customer make a mistake in color choice, Leather Renew will work with the customer to exchange the incorrect color. In these cases a small re-stocking fee of 25% of the product's original cost will be applied when the color is exchanged. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs involved in exchanges or returns of any kind, except for those involving product defects or order fulfillment errors made by Leather Renew staff. Leather Renew will not be responsible for delivery issues which are the fault of the US Postal Service, UPS, or any other shipper which may be used to deliver Leather Renew Products. No returns will be accepted, nor refunds issued to customers, in the event of an error caused by the shipper. Leather Renew will work with the customer and the shipper in those instances to rectify the error and see that the products ordered are delivered in good condition to the customer.

All orders are sent USPS priority mail and are subject to federal regulations.

Leather Renew gladly accepts orders from around the globe. Available products, shipping rate and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Some countries may add a "Value Added Tax" or an "Import" fee. Leather Renew is not responsible for any additional charges that the delivery address country may add upon delivery. Check with your local post office for further information of any fees that may be incurred.
